Delivery, Self-Collection & Postage

Delivery

  • Island wide delivery fee at $7.00 to your doorstep.
  • Subsequent delivery charge prevails for orders after 3 failed delivery attempts.
  • Island wide delivery in Singapore. (except Jurong Island, Tuas, and all restricted areas)
  • Delivery timeline (for uniforms) will be during Mar to Oct around 3-5 working days or earlier, during Nov to Feb around 4-7 working days or earlier from the date of order. *Subject to stock availability. (for name tags) will be Mar to Oct: 4 weeks or earlier, Nov to Feb: 6 – 8 weeks or earlier from date of order.
  • For delivery orders with uniforms and name tags, uniforms will be delivered and name tags will be mailed thereafter once they are ready.
  • We will not be liable for orders with wrong/incomplete shipping address provided.

Self-Collection

  • Processing time (for uniforms) self collection orders will be around 2-3 working days or earlier. *Subject to stock availability. (for name tags) will be Mar to Oct: 4 weeks or earlier, Nov to Feb: 6 – 8 weeks or earlier from date of order.
  • You will be informed via email when your order is ready for collection and you may collect them anytime during our retail operating hours.
  • For self collection orders with uniforms and name tags, kindly opt for postage else name tags will be collected separately. You may also wait for the name tags to be ready and collect your order all together. (A second notification will be sent to inform when name tags are ready)
  • Do not proceed to our retail outlet to collect your order prior to receiving ready for collection status update to avoid disappointment.

Postage for name tags

(Please take note that SingPost no longer allow normal mail for name tags. Postage will be via Tracked letterbox)

  • Name tags will be posted via SingPost Tracked mail to your letterbox when ready. (Mar to Oct: 4 weeks or earlier, Nov to Feb: 6 – 8 weeks or earlier)
  • Please make sure your address provided is complete and correct, the mailing address will be auto generated from order shipping details and sent to post.
  • We will not be liable orders with wrong/incomplete address provided.
