- Online Order
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from incomplete or wrong address/information provided for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to our delivery, self-collection terms for further information. It might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in Singapore. If this happens, we will inform you and arrange an alternative delivery address. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have your payment.
You will not be able to change your order details once you have place your order. If you have made a mistake in your order and you should contact us immediately so that we can, at our discretion, amend the order. A $5.00 admin fee applies for changes after orders placed. If the products have been packed or dispatched for delivery, you cannot change the order but may exchange it for another product in line with our exchange policy. Should there be any incorrect or defective item in your order, kindly contact us immediately with proof of receipt and wrong item. We will arrange for a one to one replacement. Items must be in new & original condition in order to be replaced. Orders delivered or mailed with proof of delivery and mailing to home and mailbox will not be subject to insistence of not receiving them.
We do not offer refunds, but you may exchange them within 30 days upon date of receiving your order.(subject to stock availability) You must provide the original receipt, and the items that you are exchanging must be unwashed and in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse to receive washed or damaged items.
- Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors (including processing errors) may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will also be charged; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
