How to place an uniform or name tags order?
- Select respective school
- Select respective items you wish to order
- Select/fill in details accordingly and add them to cart
- Repeat step 1-3 if you are ordering multiple items or use the back button
- Proceed to cart and check out to place order
Can I amend or cancel my order?
No amendments, cancellation or add on will be accepted once order is placed. Please double check and confirm your order and shipping details before placing an order.
What are the payment modes?

Sale of uniform in school – Cash and PayNow/PayLah
Online shop – Paypal (debit/credit card) and PayNow/PayLah
How do I choose the sizes for my child?
Kindly refer to our measurement guide and respective measurement chart.
How many sets of uniforms should I get?
There are different recommended buys for each school according to their own time table and practices. Kindly check with the school for recommendations.
For most schools, a min of 2 sets uniform and 2 sets PE attire will be the recommended buy.
Can I place an order via phone call or WhatsApp?
No. All online orders are to be placed via our website www.shirleyuni.com only.
You may alternatively walk in to our retail outlet and purchase them anytime during our operating hours.
What should I do if I have incorrect / defective item in my order received?
Do contact us immediately with proof of receipt and wrong item. We will arrange for a one to one replacement. Items must be in new & original condition (not washed, worn, altered) in order to be replaced.
What should I do if I bought the wrong size or item?

What should I do if I cannot find the available size for my child?
Made to measure uniforms – for sizes not listed in our product page, kindly contact us to arrange a measuring session for your child. Prices vary for made to measure uniforms and do take note that the production timeline will be around 3 weeks or more depending on the off peak (Mar to Oct) or peak (Nov to Feb) period. To avoid disappointment, you are strongly recommended to purchase the uniforms early.
What can cause my order to be delayed?
Wrong/incomplete shipping address or contact details provided.
There might be some outstanding items and we will contact you for your preferred arrangement.
Please also expect some delay during our peak period (Nov to Feb) as we will be expecting high volume of orders.
To avoid disappointment, you are strongly recommended to purchase the uniforms early.

We accept walk-ins anytime during our operating hours. No appointment is needed.

All orders are being processed on a first come first serve basis. Please be assured that you are already on the priority schedule.
