Order & Exchange Policy
- Goods sold are Non-Refundable.
- No amendments or add on will be accepted once order is placed. (Please double check and confirm your order items, contact and shipping details before placing your order.)
- Orders not paid within 2 working days will be cancelled automatically.
- For necessary amendments or cancellation of order requested eg. incorrect contact/shipping details etc, there will be a $5.00 admin fee. (Changes to be made will be on a case to case basis and at our discretion eg. whether the order has been packed or shipped.) Do DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE placing your order.
- Should there be any incorrect or defective item upon receiving your order, kindly contact us immediately with proof of receipt and wrong item. We will arrange for a one to one replacement. Items must be in new & original condition in order to be replaced.
- Order enquiries (e.g., proof of delivery, missing or incorrect items received) must be raised within 30 days of the Order Completion email received. Enquiries submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for review and will be considered fulfilled.
- Goods sold can be exchanged at our retail outlet or onsite school sales date within 30 days from date of receiving order with the original receipt.
- No exchange will be made for defects caused by own negligence, wear and tear.
- Immediate exchange are subjected to stock availability.
Shirley Season Wear reserves the right to reject any exchange/replacement that does not fulfil any of the above requirements.
